why I designed this experiment
Change is hard. Change is scary. But change can be done!
We all deserve to feel our best. Yet many of us are experts at… not feeling our best. 1:1 coaching is a powerful antidote, but it can feel intimidating. Am I ready for this? Is my brain ready for this? Wait what even is this?
I designed this challenge to allow folks to dip their toes into my world of habit coaching. It’s like a 7-day free trial of the latest trendy subscription (except this one’s worth your time).
You’ll get to sample my signature blend of neuroscience, a genuine investment in you, and a playful sense of humor. No matter what you make of the process, science tells me you’ll walk away with a better understanding of how you tick – even if you just read the subject lines.

👋 Hi, I’m Azilee! I’m a habit coach, athlete, partner, and believer that awareness–especially of our own inner workings–is power. I help people change everyday behaviors—sleep, stress, movement, food, routines, boundaries—using neuroscience-based habit coaching instead of willpower Olympics.
